After Philippine Tigers scored two runs in the top of the fifth, Fraser Valley Fusion 02A answered with two of their own. Philippine Tigers scored when Hollingworth induced a fielder's choice, but one run scored. Fraser Valley Fusion 02A then answered when Fraser Valley Fusion 02A scored two runs on a stolen base. Fraser Valley Fusion 02A pulled away for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third Hollingworth singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run, Brooklyn Morrison grounded out, scoring one run, and Rachel Brissette singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run. Hollingworth pitched Fraser Valley Fusion 02A 16U to victory. She allowed four hits and four runs over seven innings, striking out eight. Fraser Valley Fusion 02A tallied 13 hits.
