Lindsay Bell threw a shutout to lead Fusion 02A past Stealth Fastpitch 6-0 on Saturday.
Fusion 02A opened up scoring in the first inning, when Jessica Seward singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run. One bright spot for Stealth Fastpitch was a single by #32 in the first inning. Bell pitched Fusion 02A to victory. She allowed eight hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out three and walking one. Fusion 02A tallied one home run on the day. Mya Galbraith had a four bagger in the fifth inning when she hit an over the fence home run. Fusion 02A tallied nine hits on the day. Brooke De Jonge, Izzy Nicholson, Galbraith, and Maggie Tomlinson each had multiple hits for Fusion 02A. Tomlinson, Galbraith, Nicholson, and De Jonge all had two hits to lead Fusion 02A.
