Fusion opened up scoring in the first inning. Jessica Seward singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run. Fusion notched three runs in the fourth inning. The rally was led by singles by Madison MacGillivray and Seward. Lindsay Bell took the win for Fusion. She allowed four hits and one run over seven innings, striking out six. Fusion totaled 13 hits in the game. Seward, Kaylee Walcott, Brooke De Jonge, Maggie Tomlinson, and Mattisen Henrotte each managed multiple hits for Fusion .
